The policy shall always be that the buyer pays for shipping, unless the owner of Trouve Par Terre negotiates a revision of the policy and it is accepted by the buyer.

 

It is understood that some items are very heavy and cumbersome and will require expert delivery and TPT set up at desired location.

 

The owner may deliver should it decide to. The concept is to get it to the buyer as soon as possible with minimal cost(s).
